EXCHANGES & RETURNS 

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Recipients of gifts should initiate an exchange as soon as possible. Before processing your exchange or return, please note that MudLOVE will only accept unworn or unused products. 

 

EXCHANGES 

If you are the original purchaser of a product and wish to make an exchange, you must send the product back on your own accord (pay for shipping). Once MudLOVE receives the item(s) safely, we will refund the amount for the product only. After the refund is processed, there are two options for completing the exchange. Option 1: Place an order for the new product. Option 2: Email customercare@mudlove.com, and have us create an invoice for the replacement product. Once this new invoice is paid, we will ship out your new product. Please allow 5-10 business days for your new product to arrive.

If you are the recipient of a gift and wish to make an exchange, you must send the product back on your own accord (pay for shipping). Once MudLOVE receives the item(s) safely, there are two options for completing the exchange. Option 1: Email customercare@mudlove.com with the name of the new product you would like to receive in exchange. (Replacement product must be of equal value.) We will then ship the item to you. Please allow 5-10 business days for your new product to arrive. Option 2: Email customercare@mudlove.com and indicate that you would like store credit. MudLOVE will provide you with an E-Gift Card for the value of the initial product retail price. MudLOVE E-Gift Cards may be used at mudlove.com only. 

RETURNS

If you wish to return an incorrect order, or unwanted item, you must send the product back on your own accord (pay for shipping). Once MudLOVE receives the product in good condition, we will refund the amount for the product only, within the next business day. 

Custom Products: Please note that custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable. In the case of an incorrect custom order please email customercare@mudlove.com.

DAMAGE & DEFECTS

If your product arrives damaged or has a defect and needs to be returned or exchanged, contact us via the live chat function at mudlove.com, or email customercare@mudlove.com. After receiving and reviewing visual proof of the product damage or defect, MudLOVE will send you a return shipping label. Upon receiving the original product, we will process and ship your new order.
