You might expect a new employee to keep their head down as they feel out the vibe of their new job. Not Holly! Her bright spirit and Barb and Star impressions are a great addition to our team. Let's get to know her!
Hey Holly! What do you wish we knew about your job?
The accessory team is such a fun place to be within MudLOVE! I get to stamp and glaze our Original bracelets, Lovelies, and customs, schedule new orders, work closely with pottery to deliver bracelets for their mugs, collaborate with our decal team to provide Doodles, coordinate shipping dates with our team at the front, glaze Mud Puddles, and so much more. I love being able to have a part in just about everything; it keeps me busy!
You do great work! If you could describe your MudLOVE superpower, what would it be?
My superpower is flexibility! Every day calls for innovation. Luke encourages us to critically think and problem solve, because sometimes our process needs changed or fixed and the answer may not be in front of us. I always have to be willing to change how I do things or adjust the deadlines to meet our needs, and it’s been a very rewarding experience for me. I have a great team, and they are always understanding when we are called to be more flexible! We’ve been updating our shop with new technology in the last few months, so I’m always learning something new.
What that *one* thing you're really into right now?
During the warm months, I enjoy taking my doggo out on the different lakes with me! I pack up my paddle board and head to the water after work or on the weekends. We spend hours paddling around, swimming and playing fetch!
Sounds so fun! Ok, one last question: what's your favorite MudLOVE product?
My favorite product would definitely be our new Doodles! We launched around 250 new images at the start of the summer, and it’s always fun to find a doodle in our retail space that I hadn’t noticed before (I especially love the different plant doodles). We’ve got it all!
